Leadership Team (Elders)

The Leadership Team is submitted to the Lord and accountable to the Redemption community. They oversee the overall direction, health, and doctrine of Redemption. Their primary responsibility is to care for God’s people, shepherd the church, and serve the spiritual needs of the body. They encourage, equip, disciple, and prepare believers to follow Jesus and to do the work of ministry.

Ministry Leaders oversee specific ministries within Redemption and serve the practical needs of the church. Their role is to lead by example, equip their teams, and ensure that no need within Redemption is neglected. They embody servant leadership by caring for people, supporting the elders, and facilitating the day-to-day ministry of the church.

The Redemption Kidz is our children's ministry that serve our infants to 12 years of age (or 5th grade). The RE Kidz children’s ministry leads the younger generations to a relationship with Jesus through praise and worship, prayer, Q&A’s, lessons, activities, and crafts. The Committee serve Redemption by assisting and organizing church events, special events, benevolence, and holidays. They are also responsible to organize any food and or tableware for our services, gatherings, and events. The committee meets as needed. For more information contact Aurelia Rodriguez.

The Greeters serve Redemption by welcoming our community, guest and visitors, and they prepare our sanctuary for all services and gatherings. They also assist during times of prayer and ministry and answer any questions from visitors. For more information contact Mona Ulloa.

The Missions ministry serve Redemption by evangelizing locally, nationally, and globally through missions and outreach. They lead, co-labor, and partner with outreach efforts to serve the needs of people and lead them to Jesus. For more information contact Isabel Hernandez.

The REgroups ministry is the small group (bible study) ministry of Redemption. Our REgroups meet at various days and times in an intimate, face to face, group setting so that we can grow in our relationship with the Lord and grow in our relationship with others. The Ushers serve Redemption by helping prepare for our gatherings, assist with taking the offering, answer any questions from visitors, and assist with the altar ministry. The Redemption Worship Team is a group of musicians and singers who serve Redemption by leading praise and worship to the Lord. Their first responsibility is to worship God and their second responsibility is to lead the congregation into that same position and posture of worship through song. They create a culture of worship by leading and teaching a lifestyle of worship that is both private and corporate. For more information contact Lisa Cooper.

Our Redemption Youth Ministry is our Jr High and High School ministry that serve our 6th through 12th grade students. Our desire is to disciple the next generation and to encourage their relationship with Jesus.
